He's probably done for the season.

Perhaps the Amerks are waiting till the last minute to announce any moves so other teams around us in the standings don't have time to react to what we do?? Or is that wishful thinking??

Well its a good move, it subtracts one from the vet problem the Amerks have.

Losing depth is NEVER a good thing. If we get no one in return, we better get some answers. Someone needs to explain why Florida is giving players away for free.

Ya I'd be shocked in lieu of everything they've said about acquiring players at the deadline, that they'd just give away an asset for nothing. Just doesn't add up in my mind.

That would be a great new strategy at the deadline...try to acquire as many bad seeds as possible for nothing, and have your parent team loan them to competitors in the AHL!
