What? isnt this great news for you Sabre Fans? They got him cheap. At least no-one can ever say, that because of high turnover, you never get to know the players.

lol, sorry, but its too comical. On the way home WGR said the Sabres had resigned a Player for depth, but we had to wait for the news....Matt Ellis! Even Bulldog had to laugh...sad..so sad.

News is trickling in like a leaky faucet at this point. So I've decided to start a discussion about people's thoughts on the roster and what your prediction is for wins, points, records. Basically let's here your predictions and thoughts.

I'll go with 42 wins, and a lot of close games. This roster doesn't have the talent that last yr's team did on paper. But, they'll be more consistent and play as a team. Callahan will be a real surprise on defense and Bill Thomas will have a solid 20 goal season. Grant will be a fan favorite and his presence will re-ingnite Duco, who played passive for most parts of last season.

42 wins and out in the 1st rd.

Oh BTW, we will affiliate with another team that is Red White and Blue, probably around Christmas time.
